When our heart breaks - it is actually breaking open as love for all beings.
This becomes obvious to us when we do not try to edge away from our broken heart and just let it potentiate and flow to its full naturalness. With no attempt to manipulate, categorize or describe it, the limited view of 'me and my broken heart' is outshone by the obviousness of the essential nature of all appearances - unadorned universal empathy and love.
