By relaxing your hold on the way you think everything has to be, you allow for everything equally. You begin to experience everything as it is, and you experience yourself exactly as you are. There may be all kind of thoughts, emotions and sensations you've been avoiding, but once that avoidance stops, you just are as you are - open-hearted and open-minded.
