Like the Summit of a Mountain

Stability is naturally present when we take a moment to relax the need to arrange and control our experiences.

When we relax for that moment, we are spacious and carefree - relieved of the endless task of trying to be a certain way. In addition to this relief, we find that we have a higher sense of perspective, a balanced view, which is characterised by a fluidity of skillful conduct. It's is like being on the top of a mountain where you can see the landscape of any circumstance clearly and can orientate through it in a way that is of most benefit to all involved.
